ALBUM ALERT: Russ drops 'SHAKE THE SNOW GLOBE'

Contemporary rap artist Russell “Russ” Vitale has been chasing rap stardom for nearly a decade now. The Sicilian-American rapper, who moved to Atlanta when he was 12, released his first album on Soundcloud back in 2011 and has released over 200 songs since. At one point he was releasing a new single every week.

The grind has been real for Russ, and it appears that it's all finally paying off. He currently sits at nearly 15 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and his new album SHAKE THE SNOW GLOBE is on coarse to debut in the Top 3 on Billboard, which would make for his highest charting album yet.

After years underground, Russ signed with Columbia Records in 2017, where he released his major-label debut There's Really a Wolf. This album, which became his first certified platinum, established Russ as a force to be reckoned with. He went on to release Zoo in 2018, which peaked at No. 4 on Billboard.

SHAKE THE SBOW GLOBE officially dropped on Friday and is 12 tracks long, with two bonus tracks. It includes features from Rick Ross, Bugus, Kiane Lede, Benny the Butcher, Devin the Dude, and BIA.
